1) All imaging production (ie, sweepers, music imaging, promos) and commercial production using our 'inhouse' voice is provided on a buy out basis unless otherwise stated and not subject to a re-licensing arrangement.

2) Commercial production and imaging using a session voice is subject to a 12 month license. Should you wish to use this production for longer than a twelve month period a re-licensing fee will be applicable. Please contact us for details.

3) All production is expressly for the use of the purchaser / purchasers company only and may not be passed onto or sold / to another individual / organisation unless otherwise agreed by us.

4) Payment for all production services is upfront unless otherwise agreed. Should issues arise with your payment after your order has been delivered we will suspend the license on your production until full payment has been made to us. Use of your production in these circumstances will be in breach of our licensing arrangement.

5) Purchasers are responsible for completing their own PRS / MCPS music returns if applicable. All commercial production uses non-mcps music unless specified. If an MCPS commercial production is required then we will pay the relevant licensing fee to MCPS for the use of the musical work in your production. PRS details for all imaging / promos will be supplied on request.

8) Cancelled orders are subject to an administration fee.

7) We will do our best to ensure delivery of your production  via MP3 email, within 24 hours of us receiving your scripts. Occasionally due to a heavy workload this may not be possible, if this is the case we will contact you to let you know. Please allow 4 - 7 working days if you requested CD delivery.

8) Alterations / additions to your script after production has commenced will incur a re-voice fee. Please contact us for details.

9) We do not accept responsibilty for non-receipt of your order via email due to factors outside our control.  Please check you can receive emails with large attachments and your SPAM filter (if applicable) is not blocking our address. Orders will be sent from an @radioproductioncompany.co.uk address. If your production has not arrived please contact us and we'll be happy to re-send your audio.

10) We reserve the right to refuse orders placed online where we believe the transaction to be fraudulant.

11) Due to an increase in 'bounced' Echeques, we no longer accept these as payment.
