Our Bronze, Silver, and Gold Imaging packages will normally be delivered within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

If you haven't heard from us then there is more than likely a problem with your email address.

Problem 1: Your Paypal email address is out of date.

Solution: Drop us an email with your correct, current address on and your production will be re-sent.

Problem 2: You are using Hotmail.

Solution: Check your SPAM / JUNK folder and add our address (studio@rpcaudio.co.uk) to your 'safe senders' list. Get in touch to let us know you need the audio re-sent, and provide us with a non-hotmail address for re-delivery.

Problem 3: You can not receive emails with attachments or the message size is too large.

Solution: When we get a bounceback message we will send the files via Mediafire. Sometimes we won't get the bounceback. Again, please supply an alternative email address.
