If I order my production today, how quickly will I get them?

For MP3 / Wav orders we can usually complete your order within 24 hours. If you place your order before 3pm Monday - Friday your production wil usually be produced the same day.

If you order after 12pm on a Friday expect delivery the next working day. For CD orders (Silver and Gold Packages only) it will be 4-7 working days.

If your production will take a little longer than expected we will email you to let you know.

Our studio is closed for production at weekends and Bank Holiday Mondays.

I've ordered, how do I send you my scripts?

You'll be prompted to email us your scripts once you've completed you order, but in case you missed it here is the email address:

It is very important that you send us your scripts as we can not process your order without them!

Also don't forget to let us know if have any specific production requirments.

What's a 'mix out'?

With all our imaging packages you get three cuts for each script you send us.

Let's take our Silver ID Package as an example. This package includes the production of three different scripts.

Say your scripts were..

1) The Hot FM ... More Music Variety

2) Get Interactive Now ... hotfm.co.uk

3) 108FM ... This is The Hot FM

For each of the above you get...

1) A 'Full Mix' cut (Voiceover, Beats, SFX)

2) 'Mix Out 1' (Voiceover, and SFX)

3) 'Mix Out 2' (Voiceover only)

The 'Full Mix' cut can be used between tracks, off the back of spot sets etc. 'Mix Out 1' is a lighter version to be played dry or over the intro to a track. 'Mix Out 2' can be played over the intro to a track, or mixed into your existing production.

Is ordering online with my credit / debit card safe?

Yes, perfectly safe. We use  Paypal to process your payment information via a secure web server. More information about Paypal can be found at www.paypal.co.uk.

Do you accept cheques / bank transfer?

Yes we do. You can download our order form HERE and send it back to us with your cheque and scripts.  (Please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery).

Bank transfer is great too. Please contact us for our account details.

Why can't I play your audio demo?

You'll need one of the following programs to hear our demo: Winamp, Realplayer. Windows Media Player or Quicktime. Just click the play button and the demo should start to download and play. You can also right click the play button and select 'save as' to save the demo onto your computer's hard drive.

Do I need a license to use your production?

All our imaging production is what is known as 'Buy Out', you just pay once and you don't need to pay a re-licensing fee to us every twelve months unlike with some production companies.

With our commercial production you can select either a NON - MCPS or MCPS production depending on your licensing arrangements.

For MCPS productions your will be provided with all the relevant details for your music return.

PRS details for all productions are provided on request.

Can I choose the voice used on my production?

All our production is voiced by our very experienced  'in-house' MVO voiceover unless otherwise specified. If you would like a different voice for your project, or an additional voice,  we can source a suitable voiceover for an extra charge. Charges are from £30.00 per sweeper ordered.

Is there a word limit?

For our Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages ... yes. There's a maxiumum of 20 words per script. Need something longer? Contact us for a quote.
